Important COVID-19 Office Procedures
-
Masks are required to enter the building, and should be worn for the duration of your visit regardless of vaccination status.
-
If you have any of the following symptoms—scratchy throat, cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, body aches, vomiting or diarrhea, loss of taste or smell—please contact me to reschedule your appointment.
-
If you test positive for COVID, please wait a full 10 days from onset of symptoms (or first positive test if asymptomatic), AND for symptoms to resolve (with no fever for 24 hours) before returning to the office.
-
If you’ve been exposed to COVID outside of your household and are fully boosted or very recently vaccinated, you are welcome to keep your appointment so long as you remain symptom-free, and wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. If you are not fully boosted or recently vaccinated, please wait 10 days after your last exposure, or 5 days with a negative COVID test, before returning to the office.
-
If someone in your household has tested positive for COVID and you have not been able to isolate from them, please wait 10 days from their onset of symptoms (or their positive test if asymptomatic), or get tested at 5 days to confirm your negative status, before returning to the office regardless of your vaccination status.
